Create the tallest structure possible using dry spaghetti and marshmallows!
They might not make for the tastiest recipe, but dry spaghetti and marshmallows can combine to make impressive towers. In this exercise, students compete to create the tallest ‘Leaning Tower of Pasta’, considering the different factors required to handle the challenge. A few simple ingredients teach them about design principles, strength of shapes, material properties and basic physics.
